RSU is here to represent the views of our members, to achieve this the union has 25 elected positions. 3 of these positions are sabbaticals who work throughout the academic year on a full time basis (Wade Tomlinson President, Claire Fitzsimons VP Welfare & Steve Molyneaux VP Communications & Engagement) and in addition we have a further 22 part time student officers who volunteer their time whilst studying. It is this team who sit on University committees, meet with University Staff and shape your University experience.

We are fortunate to have a University Management team who really appreciate and take on board the student voice, to ensure the Student voice is being represented we have various systems, schemes and projects in place. If you would like to have your voice heard please come along to our Student Union Council or participate in any of the opportunities above.
