The workshop provides you an excellent opportunity to learn and make loads of delicious recipes with ingredients grown organically or foraged in our campus. The cooking workshops provide key skills development in food preparation and utilising surplus food that might otherwise go to waste. It aims at instilling healthy eating behaviours and showing climate leadership.

 

Students will have chance to take on foraging trips in our campus in search of popular wild edibles such as blackberries, rosehips, crab apple and wild garlic, then get involved in our cooking workshop. After the workshop, you will be able to get the finished dish to share with your friends and family!
