Academic Resources

The University has a team of Academic Achievement Advisers and Librarians (part of the Library Services team) can help you to get the most out of your studies.

They have a wide range of online resources and interactive tutorials covering just about everything to do with academic and library skills on their Online Study Skills Hub and Library Website.

These include:

  • Essay planning and writing

  • Referencing

  • Dissertation

  • Report writing

  • Time management

  • Reading and thinking critically

  • Note-taking

  • Exam revision

  • Subject resource guides

  • RefWorks

  • SPSS and use of statistics

This means you can access information and learning activities whenever you need them, anytime, anywhere.
