Roehampton University does not let anyone to feel like an International. If you have still not made yourself feel at home, let me guide you!
Everything started about 2 years ago when I decided to move out of my home country and come to London! It was not an easy decision to make and it never is. However, only people who have actually done it can understand me. I could manage to live on my own and make Roehampton my second home. Therefore, as a passionate student, I would like to stand up for all other internationals and help them to settle in London and get the most out of Roehampton University. I came through a long way. One of the first things that might seem scary is how to make friends! Well, I would be able to sort that out by managing some meetings or gatherings to meet up new students. Second thing, from my perspective the important one, is how to manage living expenses. That would be so controlable after I introduce you to our lovely financial team members and tell you about my personal TIPS! Third would be about London and accomodation probably. when I first came here I nearly got lost everytime I was travelling around London, but now I am an expert who you would like to approach to for transport suggestions. In terms of accomodation, I will be able to direct you to one of our accomodation team members who made my life perfectly easy, in case you needed to know more about off-campus options. On top of all that I mentioned, I would be more than happy to hear your questions or needs. If we help out one another, we will be able to live the best life in London and particularly at Roehampton. As you might already know '' team work makes a dream work! ''.
