Hello, Everyone!

My name is Lily Wells and I am a first year LLB Law student at our wonderful university. If I am elected for the role of the Gender Equality Officer, I promise I will make sure this university is safe for all genders, I will organise events to educate others about gender and donate to charities (for example, The Red Box Project and Stop Hate UK), and represent the women at the university. Additionally, if anyone wants to raise any concerns or issues, feel free to contact at wellsl2@roehampton.ac.uk at anytime. I have seen gender discrimination and I know how it feels to be singled out and attacked because of my gender. I am passionate in making sure no one on the campus will ever have to experience such discrimination against them, and I will never back down when it comes to fighting for gender equality. Let's start working on making sure this campus is gender discrimination free and start getting justice for all.
