My name is Ramin Ahmadyar, and I'm running for mental health officer. 

I'm running because I get to work with others to help them find their voices and feel strong in their own lives. I also helped him/her gain confidence and take control of his/her mental health. I've had similar experiences, which I could use to teach students about the signs and symptoms of mental illness and how to get treatment. 

If elected, I will run on the following platforms:

 1. Promote social and emotional competency while also building resilience. 

2. I will assist students in maintaining a positive and secure university environment. 

3. I will teach and reinforce positive decision-making and behaviours.
