Aiming for Change , Inclusivity and Growth .

CHANGE 

I would make changes for the residential community where I would work extremely hard on smooth operations on the laundry functioning of Southlands, the growing rate of fire alarms and work on  making continuous improvement in the  infrastructure on our campus  . 

INCLUSIVITY

Our College has a large population of South Asian students , I promise to host a large number of events number of events such as Onam ,Eid , Diwali , Garba night , Eid etc. to promote the inclusivity among our college which I felt lacking in the previous years despite strong attempts made, I will also host a new set of events based on Different culture based on the Student exchange community where I will make strong attempts on effectove marketing in order for all of our peers from different cultures as well welcomed

GROWTH

Above are just a few ways I believe am going to make a strong a change but without your opinions and ideas it's not going to be possible as it's commonly said "FOR THE STUDENTS , BY THE STUDENT"  ,where I aim to democratically approach ideas , concerns and problems where "EVERY  STUDENTS VOICE WILL BE HEARD " 

As together we can grow and be the best college in the university .
