Terms & Conditions - Competitions and Prize Draws 

1. The promoter of the competition and prize draw is Roehampton Students’ Union, located at Froebel College, Roehampton Lane, London, SW15 5PJ. 

2. The competitions and prize draws are open only to current students at the University of Roehampton. 

3. The winner(s) of the competition or prize draw will be notified by email or telephone within a reasonable time after the closing date. 

4. RSU reserves the right to award the prize(s) at their discretion. 

5. The prize(s) must be collected within 2 term time weeks after notification. If the prize(s) are not collected within this time, RSU reserves the right to select a replacement winner or withdraw the prize. Prize winners can liaise with RSU Reception if they need extra time to collect their prize(s). 

6. The prize(s) cannot be exchanged for money, goods or services. 

7. RSU reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition or prize draw at any time without prior notice. 

8. RSU reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. 

9. Any personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition or prize draw. 

10. By entering the competition or prize draw, participants agree to their name and/or photograph being used by RSU for promotional purposes. 

11. RSU’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

12. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and the RSU’s own data protection policies. 

By entering the competition or prize draw, participants agree they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
