Womens Self Defence Course (7th and 14th May): 7th May; Davies Hall, Froebel College,; Mixture of theory and practical exercises. All fitness levels welcome. You will learn how to keep yourself safe, and in the event of an attack, tips and techniques to help you get away safely.

Boxing4Fitness Activator Course: 13th May; Davies Sports Hall, Froebel, SW15 5PJ,; The Boxing4Fitness Activator will provide volunteers, young people, community workers, leaders and sports coaches with the skills needed to deliver NON-CONTACT boxing for fitness sessions in their local community.
